Singapore Policy Journal
The Singapore Policy Journal (SPJ) began life as a student-run publication at the Harvard Kennedy School. We migrated to Cambridge in 2024 due to the Harvard Kennedy School's recent restructuring of their publications. In order to preserve SPJ's legacy as a standalone entity, we have moved primary operations here to re-establish its presence.
The journal is dedicated to being an objective, non-partisan, and constructive space. We believe that it is as important to discuss the merits of existing policies as it is to exhibit shortcomings and alternatives. As such, the only criteria for submission are rigor, relevance, and readability. We are a Cambridge-based journal, and while our inaugural issues will comprise exclusively of internal submissions, we are hoping to expand our network in the future to invite external academics' contributions, as was the case previously at Harvard.
